25% of projected fee when 3 candidates interviewing
The remaining fee is due within 10 days of employees start date.
Every candidate is guaranteed for 90 days.
If the employee is not working out for any reason, let us know we will backfill the position with someone for free.
Contingency Recruiting - 30% fee
Do you need a position filled but would prefer to test the waters first?
No worries! Niche offers contingency recruiting as well. Pay absolutely nothing unless you hire the candidate we provide.
Every candidate is guaranteed for 90 days. If the employee is not working out for any reason, let us know we will backfill the position with someone for free.
If we can not find a suitable candidate within 90 days your placement fee will be refunded or can be used towards another placement.
